President Obama January 12 2010 Arizona Speech

If you didn’t watch President Obama’s speech in Arizona about the horrific shooting there, I recommend taking the time to view it in its entirety. I invite you to put aside, for just a moment, what you think about him, his beliefs, his politics or his presidency. I invite you to ignore the applause. I invite you to instead listen purely, from your heart, to the message from start to finish. And as you listen, to ask yourself, "Are these values ones that I want to embody more in myself and advocate in the world?" If they are, I urge you to do precisely this with all of your heart. Not to support President Obama. Not for any political reason whatsoever. But as an act of spirit and humanity that is your autentic expression of personal integrity and social responsibility.
